Enjoy a relaxing day as we take the road through royal Dunfermline, by Gleneagles, Glen Devon and Glen Turret, and over the hills to Strath Tay. See Loch Tay's iron age dwelling, entrancing villages - Kenmore, Aberfeldy, Fortingall - enter Scotland's longest Glen and visit Europe's oldest tree, ancient even when Pontius Pilate (they say) was born close by.
Stop at the Queen's View commanding Loch Tummel and majestic Schiehallion (most shapely of Scottish Mountains), followed by the day's highlight: a visit to 'Dewar's World of Whisky' - step back in time to learn the secrets of fine blended whisky. Our trip closes with a walk to an awesome waterfall (where salmon leap), and Britain's tallest tree, near the quaint charms of the cathedral town of Dunkeld.
